It is a really lovely experience located within walking distance to numerous cafes, restaurants, theatre and bands who stop in to play in Sudbury on their way across Canada. It is grounded in heritage while arts and culture thrive. (laundry is located in a common area of the basement)

About host
I studied Sociology/Anthropology in university. My favorite was Anthropology and I have maintained my love interest of all arts and culture, including architectural design and heritage. It is architectural design and heritage that compelled my husband Evan and I to invest in this 1931 construction. We spent two years restoring it carefully in keeping with its original charm and heritage. We are very proud of this building and have discovered many stories belonging to the Franco Ontarian arts community of Sudbury which has added to its unique features for us and hopefully for all who have a chance to come stay.
