Apt #6, one of seven apartments at the Royale on Cedar in central Sudbury. It is a most impressive basement apartment, with a claw foot tub and shower combo. A lovely kitchen area with large island, full size stove, apartment size fridge, pantry, and space to sit comfortably and read while having a tea/coffee. The bedroom is with a kingsize bed and sofa from which one can watch the smart tv. while finishing up the laundry. The laundry room is conveniently located outside apartment #6 in the only shared area of the building.

I studied Sociology/Anthropology in university. My favorite was Anthropology and I have maintained my love interest of all arts and culture, including architectural design and heritage. It is architectural design and heritage that compelled my husband Evan and I to invest in this 1931 construction. We spent two years restoring it carefully in keeping with its original charm and heritage. We are very proud of this building and have discovered many stories belonging to the Franco Ontarian arts community of Sudbury which has added to its unique features for us and hopefully for all who have a chance to come stay.
