A passion for achitecture and good vibes.
Owners Hazel and Evan fell in love with this 1931 building for its rich architectural character and deep ties to Sudbury’s Franco-Ontarian arts community. With backgrounds in sociology, anthropology, and a lifelong appreciation for culture and design, they spent two years carefully restoring the property to preserve its original charm — from the solid wood doors to the grand front entrance.
